"My first impression with Landing wasn’t great..."
My first impression with Landing wasn’t great. Booking seemed fine at the start, but the communication got messy quickly. I found myself asking the same questions more than once, and a few of the replies felt like they were just copied and pasted without really answering what I asked. The move-in details were also not as clear as they should’ve been, which made the whole thing feel more stressful than necessary. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t start things off on the right foot.

I had a frustrating experience trying to get my refund. I don’t mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but I had to follow up more than once just to get a straight answer, and the whole thing felt slow and disorganized. What bothered me most wasn’t just the delay, but the lack of communication. It made me realize how much a simple update can change the whole experience. After this, I don’t think I’d use them again.

I’m not totally sure what else I was supposed to do, but support kept closing my ticket even though the issue wasn’t actually resolved. Maybe I missed something, but from my side nothing got fixed, and it’s been frustrating.

"Utilities setup was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The apartment itself was fine, but getting the utilities sorted through Landing was annoying. The info came in late, and it never felt clear who actually owned the process or who I was supposed to be following up with. I ended up having to call around myself just to figure out what was active and what wasn’t. Support did respond, but the answers weren’t that helpful and mostly left me feeling like I was still on my own. I expected the whole setup to be a lot smoother

"Apartment wasn’t cleaned and support just sent me in circles"
When I moved in, it didn’t feel like anyone had checked the place beforehand. The floors were dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, and the kitchen had a weird smell I couldn’t ignore. I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but I kept getting passed around and asked to repeat the same details over and over. It was really frustrating on top of already moving into a place that clearly wasn’t ready.

"Parking was more stressful than I expected"
Maybe it’s just me, but the parking situation was easily the worst part of my stay. The info I got from Landing felt confusing, and once I arrived I couldn’t figure out where I was actually supposed to park. I ended up paying extra to park somewhere else, which was really frustrating. Support didn’t really clear things up much either. For the price, I just expected this part to be a lot smoother

"Having my pet there turned into a bigger hassle than I expected"
I booked the place assuming adding my pet would be straightforward, but once I was actually moving in, I realized the rules and fees weren’t explained clearly enough upfront. For me, that was frustrating because I don’t want to be figuring out surprise pet policies at the last minute.

It ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been, and when I reached out for help, support didn’t really make things easier for me. after dealing with all of that, I wouldn’t use Landing again if I’m traveling or staying somewhere with my pet.

"Pretty unreliable when I really needed it"
It worked sometimes, but it kept failing right when I needed it most. Like, the timing was just bad every time, and after a while it got really frustrating.

I noticed bugs in the apartment, it was just gross. I reached out for help, but support was, like, really slow to respond, and it kind of felt like the whole thing just dragged on without actually getting handled.

I waited for days and still didn’t get any real help. The whole process felt like way too many steps just to get a simple answer, and in the end, support never actually followed up with anything useful.

"I booked this place because the photos..."
I booked this place because the photos and description made it look solid, and to be fair, it wasn’t completely terrible. But when I got there, it just didn’t match the listing. Some things were missing, the layout felt different, and it kind of made me question what I’d actually booked. Support did eventually respond, I guess, but it took way too long and didn’t really help much. Overall, frustrating.

I stayed with Landing for a few months, and the furniture was just kind of tired-looking. The couch had those saggy cushions, the table had this annoying wobble, and the bed frame squeaked all the time. It was usable and all that, but for what I was paying, I expected nicer stuff.

I’m still waiting on my deposit, and it feels like they’ve had it way too long. I get that these things can take a little time, but they already knew I moved out, so I don’t really see why it wasn’t just sent back right away

"Booking felt more frustrating than it probably needed to be"
I tried booking a place through Hello Landing, the whole process felt kind of clunky to me. The pages seemed slow, and I’m sure I had to re-enter the same info more than once, which got annoying quickly.
The fees and steps also weren’t as clear upfront as I would’ve liked. I might have missed something, but it felt like I had to keep clicking around just to figure out the actual full price and what I was committing to.

Maybe it works better for other people, or maybe I just had bad timing, but for me it wasn’t an easy booking experience. I ended up giving up and looking somewhere else

"Basic amenity, but somehow a hassle"
The pool was a letdown. It seems like such a simple thing to keep clean, but every time I saw it, it looked dirty. I was hoping to relax and use it during the stay, but it just didn’t feel inviting at all.

I’m sure the relocation could’ve been handled a lot better. Updates were slow, or at least it felt that way, and some of the move details were confusing enough that I wasn’t always sure what was happening next. It wasn’t a total disaster, I guess, but it definitely felt messier than it needed to be.

"I stayed with Landing for about a..."
I stayed with Landing for about a month, the noise was on them. The walls were so thin I could hear people next door having normal conversations like they were basically sitting in my apartment.

On top of that, there was constant stomping from upstairs and doors slamming late at night. I brought it up, but nothing really changed, so I just kind of had to deal with it.

Maybe it depends on the building, but mine was not it. If you need a quiet place to sleep or work, I’d be careful because I left exhausted and annoyed

I’ve stayed in a few places where it was easy to get to my usual errands and daily stops, but this location just didn’t work that way for me. It felt too out of the way for the things I needed to do each day

"Move-in was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
My move-in with Landing was a mess. I’ve moved into plenty of apartments before, and even the less organized ones were smoother than this. When I got there, the place wasn’t ready, and I had to keep reaching out to support just to get basic info. It really felt like no one was on the same page.
For what I was paying, I expected the apartment to be clean and the check-in instructions to be clear. Instead, I spent my first day chasing down answers and dealing with problems that should’ve been handled before I arrived. Compared to other furnished rentals I’ve used, this was easily the most frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t use hellolanding.com again.

"Flexibility sounded better than it actually was"
I went with Landing because I wanted something flexible, but it didn’t really feel that way once I tried to change my dates. The process was more annoying than I expected, and then extra fees started showing up. Support was fine, not rude or anything, but it wasn’t the simple month-to-month setup I had in mind. I’ll admit I already kind of suspected these “flexible living” options come with a catch, and this pretty much confirmed that for me
